Ricotta Brioche Recipe

This ricotta and jam toast recipe is the perfect way to start your Sunday morning. Add some cafecito and invite your friends over for a cozy time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 slices of brioche

  • 2/3 cups of ricotta (or add as much as you would like!)

  • your favorite jam

Steps:

  1. Brush the melted butter on both side of the brioche slices.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the brioche until golden brown, about 1 minute

  3. Flip, and toast other side for another minute.

  4. Using a pair of tongs, hold each toast over an open gas flame until it has char marks (5 seconds per side).

  5. Set brioche slices on a plate.

  6. Add ricotta on top, spreading it so that the edges are taller than the center, this is where the jam will go.

  7. Pour jam on the center. 

  8. Enjoy!
